WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO
Chandler's Angels Initiative's mission is to bring heightened awareness to inner-city violence and help to provide positive and healthy outlets and avenues for youth to utilize their time positively and productively while curbing violence.
We are partnering with other non-profit organizations to promote their programs as appropriate and on joint ventures to create new programs and community give-back events.
Chandler's Angels Initiative has steadily cultivated relationships within our community with the boots-on-the-ground strategy with targeted demographics and reputable organizations.
Proudly, through fundraising efforts, CAI is helping to fund a drop-in teen center and outreach specialists targeting at-risk youth here in Manchester.

One of our main causes here at Chandler's Angels Initiative is to support other charities and programs with the same goal, to remove the violence from our streets, and give our youth positive outlets to help develop their skills in safe and productive environments. Chandler's Angels Initiative hosts many fun events throughout the year to raise funds to support the goal of raising violence awareness. SUPPORTING YOUTH BASKETBALL
Chandler Loved Basketball! Whatever we can do to promote basketball programs to help dissuade violence we will do.
Youth sports provide a place for the community to connect.
People build bonds within their community, forming meaningful relationships. Kids find mentors, and mentorship benefits everyone involved, as positive examples are modeled, and connections are formed.
Studies on urban youth shows sports involvement can have positive influences on social competence and self-esteem. (2019 Project Play Study)
Chandler's Angels Initiative understands the benefits of kids playing sports and the financial burden on lower income families, and are proud supporters of youth sports.
